This role is responsible for completing quality reviews and mailing of MICR and TRA correspondence. The associate will provide phone support for internal calls and assist with moderate training within the department. A key responsibility is processing adjustments between banks via appropriate online systems. The role involves resolving routine adjustment-related problems independently and within established procedures, escalating more complex issues to management. Adherence to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls is essential, as is identifying risk-related issues needing escalation. The position also requires promoting an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T brand, maintaining M&T internal control standards, and completing other related duties as assigned.
