About The Position
CTG is seeking to fill a Banking Services Operations Associate II opening for our client in Amherst, NY. This is a 2-month contract position. The role involves reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements, validating data for system entry, securing collateral for the Bank, and assisting customers with basic problem resolution. Other duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- High School or GED.
- One to two years relevant work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
Nice To Haves
- Associates degree.
- Two to three years office experience.
Responsibilities
- Review documents for accuracy and compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Validate data in preparation for entry to a designated mainframe or computer system.
- Properly secure collateral for the Bank.
- Assist internal and external customers with basic problem resolution.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
