About The Position

Monitors established workflow and assists in production of work within assigned COE. Primary Responsibilities: Monitor work flow and serve as liaison between assigned COEs unit and management. Provide training and coaching to assigned COE team on daily work functions and approve work of assigned team. Complete quality assurance control reviews of team activities. Identify and resolve problems within assigned COE team. Assist with production work on an as needed basis. Complete daily production reporting for assigned COE team and approve daily work. Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ higher education and/or relevant work experience
  • Work leadership experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of relevant spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software as required within assigned team

Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $22.61 - $37.67 Hourly (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
