About The Position

NTT DATA is seeking a Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Enterprise Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue growth and expand wallet share across the BFS vertical. This high-impact, client-facing role focuses on selling domain partnership solutions, including leading banking platforms and fintech innovations—along with NTT DATA’s professional and managed services. You will own and lead complex sales cycles, penetrate new logos, and expand adoption within existing enterprise accounts. This is a high-visibility, high-growth opportunity for a results-driven sales leader with deep BFS domain expertise and a strong hunter mindset.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise and solutions sales experience in a quota-bearing role.
  • 10+ years of new business development, including 5+ years selling banking products and solutions into Banks and Financial Services organizations.
  • Proven success selling IT Services, Consulting, professional services, and IP-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding annual quotas of $8M+ TCV.
  • Strong domain expertise across Banking & Financial Services, including banking products, consulting, and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new growth within the BFS vertical by hunting new logo opportunities and expanding existing NTT DATA accounts.
  • Own ACV/TCV quota attainment, spanning both channel resale components and NTT DATA services.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle for BFS domain partnerships, including platforms such as Finastra, Murex, AFS, FIS, emerging fintech solutions, and AI-first startups.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Executives, Sales Executives, Consulting teams, Solution Leads, and Delivery Leaders to define and execute winning deal strategies.
  • Serve as the Sales Lead for complex pursuits, managing executive-level relationships with customer sponsors and NTT DATA leadership.
  • Partner with Marketing on targeted demand-generation campaigns to build pipeline and increase market visibility.
  • Leverage NTT DATA’s broader portfolio—including Applications, BPO, Advisory Consulting, Digital Transformation & Modernization, AI, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security—to expand deal size and customer value.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to deliver differentiated, outcome-based proposals and long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain a consistent track record of exceeding ACV, TCV, and revenue targets.
