About The Position

We’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business within the Financial Services sector. This is a true hunter role focused on landing net-new logos across large, complex organizations (5,000+ employees). You’ll own the full sales cycle: from prospecting through close, while engaging senior stakeholders and building strategic relationships that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy and expand our enterprise footprint.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a hunter-style enterprise sales role with new logo wins
  • Experience selling into large Financial Services clients (5,000+ employees)
  • Strong executive presence and negotiation skills
  • Background in complex B2B solutions (SaaS, HCM, compliance, etc.)
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, 6sense
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new logo acquisition across large Financial Services organizations
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting
  • Engage and influence C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close
  • Develop compelling business cases and value propositions
  • Execute strategic account plans within target organizations
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless sale-to-success handoff
  • Provide market and competitive insights
