About The Position
Camden National Bank is seeking an experienced banking leader to join our team as a Banking Center Manager at our Augusta, Eastern Avenue location. This is more than a branch leadership role—it's an opportunity to build on a strong foundation, deepen relationships across the community, and help drive growth for both consumer and business customers. A highly respected, long-tenured leader in this market will be retiring later this year, creating a unique chance for the right candidate to step into a well-established location with strong customer relationships, a talented team, and significant potential for continued growth. As Banking Center Manager III, you'll serve as both a business development leader and people leader.

- Significant banking leadership experience, including business development and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of business lending and commercial banking relationships.

Responsibilities
- Grow and deepen consumer, small business, and commercial relationships.
- Lead business development efforts across the local market.
- Utilize your business lending knowledge to identify opportunities and provide solutions for business clients.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
- Ensure a strong culture of accountability, engagement, and customer focus.
- Oversee risk management, compliance, and overall banking center operations.
- Represent Camden National Bank in the community through business development, networking, and relationship-building activities.
