As a Banking Center Manager, you will work cooperatively with and through others, building and maintaining relationships. You will operate at an extremely fast pace and handle tasks quickly, correctly, and efficiently while working within established guidelines. As Banking Center Manager, you will have an opportunity to meet and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience. This will include responsibility for a variety of tasks including training and coaching a successful sales team in the pursuit of small business and consumer clients for the bank while acting as a key point of contact for clients. You will have responsibility for you and your team to achieve specific sales and service goals by providing a full range of business banking services to clients with an emphasis on deposit, treasury management, and digital solutions. You will actively participate and represent our Bank in the community, driving various banking center initiatives with business clients. You will be responsible for demonstrating a strong knowledge of diverse deposit products and services. Additionally, Banking Center Managers are expected to assist other departments as needed, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, while treating others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations, bank policies, procedures, safety and operation guideline requirements related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent; equivalent experience considered
  • 1+ years banking experience with external business development
  • Driving is required with this position.
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license (may not be learner’s, restricted or “to and from work” license) and driving history that meets the Bank’s driver standards.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
