The Automation Specialist I will be responsible for planning and developing low-code workflow automations, applications, and data storage in order to improve processes and systems. Collaborates cross functionally to seek feasible solutions to needed improvements. They would be responsible for defining and documenting automation processes and ensuring that all development adheres to development standards. They will also be required to mentor and guide other employees within the Bank to ensure that best practices are always followed and that all employees within the Bank understand and can follow the workflows laid out for them. Collaborates daily with other Managers, Supervisors, and employees to complete workflow development objectives. Uses defined protocols and independent judgment to properly escalate more complex issues to appropriate resource or department manager in order to resolve disruptions in workflow processes in the most expedient manner possible. Independently manages work schedule and monitors workflow to achieve established goals and objectives to meet business deadlines and requirements. Receives assignments in the form of individual projects with defined objectives and/or user stories. The level of this position is based on years of service, education and/or equivalent experience, knowledge level and skill set. The Automation Specialist position is expected to meet and/or exceed Citizens Alliance Bank’s customer service levels as well as the overall goals of the organization.
