About The Position

The purpose of the role is to participate in the day-to-day activities of the investment banking division, gaining broad exposure to different types of clients, transactions, and specialist areas. The program offers an 8-10 week journey during the summer of your penultimate year of university to build skills, expand knowledge, and embark on an impactful path towards a promising career. Interns will work with various Investment Banking teams, advising a broad range of corporate clients and delivering holistic, structured solutions for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, structured solutions, or risk management. As a Summer Associate, you will learn the art and science behind executing a transaction, working on live deals and deal proposals within industry, product, or geographic groups. Projects may include financial analysis and modeling, valuation, industry research, client due diligence, and developing written materials.

Requirements

Pursuing an MBA degree.
Graduating between December 2027- June 2028.
A GPA of 3.2 or above.

Responsibilities

Collaboration on live deals, client pitches, and supporting the team in advising corporate clients.
Delivering holistic, structured solutions to meet client goals.

Participation in training and development programs.
Identification of opportunities, development of business cases, and management of new product/service deployment for investment banking.
Management of client relationships and customer service support.
