About The Position

This summer internship program in Investment Banking offers participants the chance to engage in the day-to-day activities of the division, gaining broad exposure to various clients, transactions, and specialist areas. Interns will collaborate on live deals and client pitches, support the team in advising corporate clients with structured solutions, and work with cross-functional teams on business initiatives. The program includes participation in training and development to enhance skills, identification of opportunities, development of business cases, and management of new product launches. Interns will also manage client relationships, provide customer service, and develop financial models and strategies. The program emphasizes understanding how businesses operate and learning from industry experts, with opportunities for training and mentoring junior colleagues. The internship is an 8-10 week journey designed for students in their penultimate year of university, offering a comprehensive business overview, real project involvement, and guidance from a mentor and line manager. It aims to build skills, expand knowledge, and provide a path towards a promising career in finance and technology.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an MBA degree.
  • Graduating between December 2027- June 2028.
  • GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Keen interest in business and finance.
  • Curiosity to learn.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit, potentially showcased through extracurricular activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in finance and technology.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, structured solutions, or risk management.
  • Experience with financial analysis and modelling, valuation, industry research, client due diligence, and developing written materials (offering memoranda, new business presentations).

Responsibilities
