About The Position

This summer internship program offers participants the opportunity to engage in the day-to-day activities of the investment banking division. Interns will gain broad exposure to various clients and transactions, with a focus on specialist areas. The program involves collaboration on live deals and client pitches, supporting the team in advising corporate clients with structured solutions, and working with cross-functional teams. Participants will also engage in training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge, identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the launch of new investment banking products and services. Additionally, interns will manage client relationships, provide customer service support, and develop financial models and strategies. The program aims to help interns understand business operations, learn from industry experts, and potentially mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

Pursuing an undergraduate degree.
Target graduation date within one year of the conclusion of this internship.
GPA of 3.2 or above.
Unrestricted work authorization in the country you’re applying to work within.
Keen interest in business and finance.
Curiosity to learn.
Resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular activities.
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Responsible for completion of all documentation in support of optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).

Nice To Haves

Experience in the world of finance and technology.
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, structured solutions or risk management.
Experience in financial analysis and modeling, valuation, industry research, client due diligence, developing written materials (offering memoranda, new business presentations).
