About The Position

This summer internship program in Investment Banking is designed for students to gain broad exposure to clients, transactions, and specialist areas within the division. Interns will collaborate on live deals, client pitches, and advise corporate clients on a range of solutions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, structured solutions, and risk management. The program offers a comprehensive business overview through real projects, immediate responsibilities, and guidance from a mentor and line manager. It is a 10-week journey focused on building skills, expanding knowledge, and fostering growth opportunities for students in the summer before their final year of university.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree.
  • Target graduation date within one year of the conclusion of this internship.
  • GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Unrestricted work authorization in the country of application.
  • Keen interest in business and finance.
  • Curiosity to learn.
  • Resourcefulness, teamwork, and enthusiasm.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Responsible for completion of all documentation in support of optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).

Responsibilities
