About The Position

TEKsystems is currently hiring for FULL-TIME Bank Tellers with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the South Riverview, FL area to start this June! ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN A 30-MILE RADIUS OF SOUTH RIVERVIEW, FL! This is a Contract position based out of Riverview, FL. This is a fully onsite position in Riverview,FL. This position offers a supportive team environment and the chance to grow within a prestigious financial institution.

Requirements

Experience with cash-handling in a fast-paced environment

Experience in customer service, preferably in banking or a financial institution

Responsibilities

Respond to in-person member inquiries and requests promptly within a structured operation.
Perform teller-line transactions and related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and fraud resolution.
Protect and verify the identity of members, review account information for alerts, and account irregularities.
Act and respond to situations/patterns of activity indicating potential fraud or abuse.
Demonstrate proficiency in multiple systems, active listening, and engagement techniques to ensure accuracy and member satisfaction.
Identify and recommend additional Navy Federal products and services to meet member needs.
Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures while supporting a positive member interaction experience.
