Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED: or equivalent work experience - Required
  • 6+ Months Cash Handling experience - Required.
  • 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience - Required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
  • Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
  • Effective listening and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement.
  • Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Understands the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
  • Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • Preferred experience in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional banking experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Build relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant banking products and services.
  • Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
  • Resolve routine account inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Handle cash transactions while maintaining accurate drawer balances.
  • Follow compliance, security, and fraud prevention procedures to minimize risk.
  • Support branch operations, including audits, custodianship, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
  • Provide support to nearby branch locations as business needs require.
