About The Position
Assist members with banking products and services, including checking and savings accounts, IRAs, loans, and credit/debit cards. Provide exceptional customer service, process transactions, identify member needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Cash handling and data entry experience preferred
- Comfortable interacting with customers and building relationships
- Sales and cross-selling experience is a plus
- Banking, retail, or financial services experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, confident, and solution-focused
Responsibilities
