The Sales and Service Representative is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch. This role facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources, and supports the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism and empathy in customer interactions, adaptability to new information and technology, teamwork, flexibility in handling multiple demands and shifting priorities, and agility in processing information and problem resolution.
