The Bank Officer - Teller position at the Mwanza Branch is responsible for accurately processing all counter transactions, introducing alternative banking channels to customers, and cross-selling bank products. Responsibilities

• Process all counter transactions accurately in accordance with set objectives.
• Introduce alternative channels to customers to reduce branch traffic per bank SOPs.
• Cross-sell products based on customer potential and needs without affecting primary work and service standards, contributing to branch KPIs.
• Adhere to bank standards for average waiting and serving times, and productivity reports.
• Handle customer requests efficiently and escalate problems to the Head Teller/SQC Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and delight.
• Maintain zero cash shortages and excesses at the counter for maximum control on cash balance.
• Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions for controlled and consistent work execution.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
