About The Position
Seeking a qualified Financial Center Manager for a growing bank in Goddard. The Financial Center Manager is responsible for achieving location and bank goals through collaboration, team building, individual cross-selling, and relationship building. Additionally, the Financial Center Manager is responsible for mentoring and coaching staff in all aspects of their job. The Bank Manager is responsible for the overall operational efficiency and security of the financial center.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two or more years of retail sales/customer service experience or one year of previous relationship banking experience, focusing on needs-based selling
- Cash handling experience required
Nice To Haves
- Consumer lending experience preferred
Responsibilities
