About The Position

We are looking for a part- time Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer transactions, customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing helpful information about products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent cash handling experience, communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly on their feet.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer's transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers, accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain customer records in a secure database.
  • Collaborate and support other areas of the bank when needed.
  • Opening New Accounts.
