About The Position

Visium Resources has been asked to identify candidates for the following Network Administrator & Financial Officer position. This position is for a small bank in the Central Florida region, which is looking for a strong Financial Officer whom also has strong Network Administration experience: This position supports CFO with finance and accounting tasks including but not limited to financial reporting, ALCO, and liquidity monitoring. Performs all aspects of Network Administration including but not limited to the technical implementation of products and services, managing upgrades to all applications for network. Support the CFO and COO with all related IT duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Prepare Call Report and other regulatory reports.
  • Assists CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, investments, fixed assets, accrued and prepaid expenses, and prepare monthly reconcilement internal control package.
  • Assists CFO with liquidity monitoring.
  • Utilize financial monitoring software for reporting and analysis.
  • Interest rate risk modeling and production of interest rate risk reports.
  • Assist in preparation of Board Committee report packages.
  • Administration of all applications on the network.
  • Review and monitor status of IT network, including server utilization, network changes, backup status reports, and patching status.
  • Implementation of all new products and services as well as upgrades for all applications.
  • Oversight & Management for external and internal penetration testing, and Network assessment.
  • Manage GLBA risk assessment, cybersecurity assessment tool, and IT Audit.
  • Maintain and Test Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Plan.
  • Generator management, disaster recovery process and training.
  • Conduct/coordinate staff training applicable to IT/Information Security.
  • Third-Party Vendor Management.
  • Assists CFO in developing further internal controls and segregation of duties.
  • IT Risk Assessments.
  • Coordinates and assists third party provider(TPP) (Aasys) and/or Designs, specifies, configures, installs, and maintains local area network hardware, software, and telecommunications services such as personal computers, system software, software applications, printers, servers, routers, bridges, switches, modems, cabling, and Internet service providers.
  • Coordinates and assists TPP (Aasys) and/or Develops and implements policies and procedures related to network hardware and software acquisition, use, support, security, and backup.
  • Manages and maintains DR site and backup servers in Lake Mary
  • Assists in the negotiation of contracts with and coordinates activities of hardware, software, telecommunications, support, and training vendors.
  • Website content management and administration.
  • Assist CFO with other duties as needed.
  • Adheres to Federal Banking Regulations including Bank Secrecy Act compliance.
