The CFO will serve as a strategic business partner on the senior leadership team, communicating, engaging, and supporting the CEO, COO, and Department Directors. This role involves assessing and evaluating the financial performance of the organization and related entities, creating financial objectives, and providing strategic recommendations for operations models and revenue growth. The CFO will also oversee accounting, general ledger, administration, operations, financial management, and information technology, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accurate reporting. Additionally, the CFO will serve as staff liaison to various boards and committees, including the TXCPA Insurance Trust Board, TXCPA Political Action Committee, Compensation Committee, Finance Committee, Investments Committee, and Audit Committee. This role also includes fiduciary responsibility for the employees' 401(k) plan and serving as the staff CPA for the peer review program.
