About The Position
Fred Astaire Dance Studios® - West Springfield is seeking professional dance instructors to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who love interacting with people, having fun, helping others, staying active, and controlling their earnings. As a high-energy, customer-focused instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes, helping students achieve their dance goals. You will have the opportunity to enhance people's lives daily and work with diverse individuals in a unique environment. The position requires attendance at studio events, which may occur on weekday evenings and weekends.
