About The Position
We are seeking a reliable Baler Operator to join our operations team. In this role, you will safely operate industrial balers, shredders, and conveyors, manage inventory organization, and perform routine equipment maintenance to keep our facility running efficiently.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED (or equivalent practical experience).
- Active Forklift Operator Certification required.
- Ability to read and follow safety rules, procedures, and manuals; clear verbal communication skills.
- Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate the baler, shredder, and conveyor systems.
- Inspect and use all required safety equipment in compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Weigh and stack finished bales into designated inventory areas.
- Keep the unfinished inventory organized by stacking gaylords safely and maintaining a clean work area.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on machinery; maintain accurate weekly maintenance logs.
- Assist warehouse teams on special projects and execute other duties as directed by management.
