About The Position

As a Baler Operator, you will operate forklifts, load and unload trailers, maintain baling equipment, tend to paper baling machinery, thread, twist or clamp bands around bales of paper, and keep records of materials. Knowledge of baler room processes is preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 20-50 pounds
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform adjustments to equipment

• Knowledge of baler room processes preferred
• Candidates who agree to participate in cross-training, including achieving qualified status within the position and assuming responsibility as a backup for lateral and progressive roles, as needed.
