About The Position

The Baler Operator will be responsible for operating forklift, loading and unloading trailers, maintaining baling equipment, and tending to the paper baling machinery. This role involves threading, twisting, or clamping bands around bales of paper and keeping records of materials. Knowledge of baler room processes is preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 20-50 pounds
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform adjustments to equipment
