Requirements

• Mechanical experience required.
• Strong work ethic and attendance record.
• Comfortable working with heavy machinery.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Responsible for company property and equipment.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift.
• Basic computer skills to perform data entry and job tracking.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process waste materials, such as paper scraps and defective prints, from the production floor.
• Take reasonable care of company property and equipment to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collect and sort waste materials.
• Perform basic machine maintenance.
• Ensure bale quality and compression.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
