About The Position

This position involves performing a variety of responsibilities in the operation of the bakery, ensuring alignment with the company's core values and brand. The role includes understanding and following company policies and procedures, participating in the Health and Safety Program, and promoting a culture of safety. The team member will provide professional, people-first service to members and guests, upholding brand expectations. Key duties involve production, packaging, and merchandising of products, food preparation with a focus on baking, following proper food safety regulations, accurate ordering and receiving of product, and maintaining a high level of image and cleanliness. Other projects and assignments may also be required.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.

• Abilit to work effectively with others
