About The Position

The Bakery Team Member helps The Fresh Market deliver an extraordinary everyday eating experience by providing excellent guest service and supporting store operations. Team members may work in any department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The pay range is $14.08–$14.68 per hour. The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

• Passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day, while assisting nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
