About The Position

The Fresh Market is seeking a team member who can work in any one of its departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service, helping guests find meal solutions, maintaining product knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and supporting store housekeeping. Team members must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

• Passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to understand their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store.
• Work across departments to assist guests.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day.
• Assist nearby guests while merchandising and stocking.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
