About The Position

The Bakery Team Member may work in any department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service, helping guests find meal solutions, maintaining product knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and supporting general store housekeeping. The pay range is $16.54–$17.25 per hour. The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store, and work across departments to assist guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day while ensuring nearby guests are assisted.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping throughout the store.
• Present oneself professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
