About The Position

As a Helper/Floater, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the continual running of machines and equipment, while also adhering to workplace safety, food safety and product quality guidelines. Full-Time with lots of opportunity for Overtime! We pay shift premiums, including daily & weekly time-and-a-half! All new employees start at $21.64/hr and reach the 100% top-out rate after their first year. Higher pay rates are available for any bid jobs employees become qualified for! WEEKLY PAY

Requirements

Must be able to work 6 days/week & 10 hour shifts
A minimum of 40 hours is guaranteed each week
Must be able to work every Saturday & Sunday
Must be able to work most holidays
Must be flexible to work any shift, as new hire schedules could change on a week-to-week basis depending on business needs
Repetitive lifting/stacking up to 25lbs overhead, pushing/pulling heavy pan carts, lifting 50 lbs of ingredients, and other physical labor as needed
Must be able to work in hot or cold conditions as some areas of the plant can be hotter than others, especially in the Summer
All candidates must successfully pass pre-employment steps including a background check and a drug screen
Fluency in English highly preferred for workplace safety - speaking, understanding, reading, and writing
All new hires are placed on a 60 day probationary period - performance, attitude, and attendance are evaluated
Perfect attendance during the probation period is MANDATORY
