About The Position
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals with bakery production or food manufacturing experience to join our 3rd Shift team. This role involves assisting in the production, preparation, and packaging of baked goods while adhering to strict food safety, quality, and sanitation standards. Associates will operate production equipment and machinery safely and support various processes including mixing, baking, and packaging. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is also a key aspect of this position.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bakery production, food manufacturing, or a production environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
