About The Position
This is a full-time position for a 3rd Shift Production Associate. The role involves running and maintaining large machines safely, reading factory orders, utilizing basic shop math, performing quality and count inspections, and maintaining factory housekeeping. While the primary shift is 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with a Sunday night startup at 10:00 PM for the corrugator department), training will occur on 1st shift. Availability for all three shifts for overtime coverage is required, as is the ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.

- Ability to practice great factory housekeeping
- Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment

Benefits
- Sign on Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months
