Seven Stars Bakery is a Rhode Island owned and operated business founded on a passion for artisan bread and pastry baking and a desire to foster community. We use high-quality ingredients and craftsmanship, welcoming customers like guests in our home. Our first café opened in 2001, becoming a neighborhood hub. To accommodate demand, baking operations moved to a separate production location. Each café is unique, offering a warm, community feel with delicious breads, pastries, sandwiches, salads, and coffee. Our team of over 150 dedicated individuals includes bakers, drivers, and café staff, all passionate about their work and enjoying collaboration. As the Bakery Manager at Seven Stars Bakery, you will be instrumental in creating our high-quality products, ensuring consistency is paramount. You will uphold the standards set by the Head Baker and CEO, maintaining product quality through staff training on company standards and GMP guidelines. Your role involves training, developing, and managing staff in the production of artisan bread and viennoiserie, with a focus on fermentation, shaping, proofing, baking, packaging, and distribution. You will oversee the production of breads, proofing and baking of viennoiserie and breakfast pastries, as well as packaging, drivers, and cleaning staff.
