About The Position

The Bakery Manager oversees all bakery operations at the New Castle, Deleware location. This role is responsible for department leadership, production oversight, staffing, scheduling, food safety compliance, and overall department performance. The Bakery Manager ensures consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of bakery, food production, or food service leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of baking processes and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all bakery production and retail operations.
  • Supervise Bakery Supervisor and bakery team members.
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor management.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and waste control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment
  • Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
  • Coach and develop team members through training and accountability.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to support overall sales and performance.
