As the Bakery Manager, you'll lead our Bakery Department with enthusiasm and expertise, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a delicious treat. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and embodying friendliness, responsiveness, knowledge, and passion to create an exceptional customer experience. You'll drive production and budget objectives, maintain the highest quality standards, and step in to perform stocking and production duties as needed, setting a positive example for your team.
