85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring for its Store Management Team. The Store Management role serves a broad range of functions, including leading all aspects of operation, customer service, cost management, and training. Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at a leadership level position.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines to meet new or changing demands.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Good attendance and available to work overtime when needed.
  • Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
  • Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept.
  • Available to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Moderate physical activity required.
  • Sufficient strength to perform duties including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.
  • Nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
  • May be exposed to extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.

  • Associate/Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores.
  • Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation.
  • Prepare periodic reports, including sales control and employee scheduling.
  • Organize and supervise employee shifts.
  • Participate in management and personnel meetings.
  • Check stock levels and order supplies and materials.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
  • Perform additional duties at the store when circumstances dictate.
