About The Position

85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring for Store Management Team Members for a NEW LOCATION in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Training will take place in Cerritos, CA from approximately 6/7-7/18, with travel and board provided. This is an opportunity for career growth within a globally recognized bakery and beverage retail business, founded on the principle of providing high-quality pastries and drinks at affordable prices. As part of the Store Management Team, you will lead all aspects of store operations, including customer service and training.

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at leadership level position
Strong organizational, communications and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and work with tight deadline to meet new or changing demands
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
Good attendance and available to work overtime when needed
Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept
Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores
Ensure all employees take breaks on time.
Organize and supervise the employee shifts
Participate in management and personnel meetings
Check stock levels and keep note of supplies
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety
Cross train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
Additional duties at store when circumstances dictate.
