Requirements

Able to work daytime shifts in addition to evenings, weekends and stat holidays
Experience in retail in a similar position
Basic computer skills and technical knowledge
Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands
A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
Adaptable, organized, efficient and committed
Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do

Responsibilities

Demonstrating Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Responsibility, Integrity, Service, and Excellence
Working co-operatively with team members who deliver excellent service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here”
Preparing sandwiches, salads, pizzas, hot food items, proofing, baking, and packaging bakery items
Assembling deli meat and cheese trays
Merchandising deli counters and rotating products
Organizing, labeling, and rotating bakery products
Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
Performing general housekeeping
