About The Position

The role of a Bakery Clerk involves creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and encouraging other associates to do the same. As a team member, you will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. The Bakery Clerk assists the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals for the department and monitors all established quality assurance standards. Most importantly, as a Bakery team member, you should demonstrate Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
