About The Position
This position is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals for the Bakery department, and controlling quality assurance standards. The role also involves monitoring all functions, duties, and activities related to the department and demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
