About The Position
Are you a night owl with a passion for baking? Join our Dunkin’ team as a Baker and play a key role in preparing the fresh donuts, and other sweet treats our guests love each morning. In this behind-the-scenes role, you’ll work independently during overnight hours to craft high-quality baked goods with care, consistency, and pride. If you thrive in a quiet, fast-paced kitchen environment and take satisfaction in starting someone’s day off right, this is the opportunity for you! This position operates in a restaurant environment. Dunkin staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching. Requirements
- Previous baking or kitchen prep experience (preferred but not required - we’ll train the right fit!)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, overnight environment
- Pride in your work and commitment to quality
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including donuts, muffins, and bagels - always fresh, always on time
- Follow Dunkin’ recipes and quality standards with precision and consistency
- Operate commercial baking equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets health and safety standards
- Coordinate production timelines to ensure products are ready for the morning rush
- Communicate with your team to stay ahead of demand
- Support store success with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
