About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time baker to support the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced food production environment. This role helps ensure products are prepared consistently, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, organization, and teamwork. Requires early mornings and some weekend work.

Requirements

Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and quality standards accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and repetitive motions.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in food production, bakery operations, or prep work is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients, dough, and other materials according to established recipes and production standards.
Assist with mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, cooling, and packaging products as needed.
Monitor product quality throughout the production process and report any concerns to leadership.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
Operate equipment and tools safely and in accordance with training and instructions.
Support production goals by working efficiently with team members across shifts and stations.
Help with labeling, portioning, and inventory-related tasks when assigned.
