About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Baker to join our team. In this role, you’ll prepare and serve fresh, high-quality baked goods while ensuring exceptional customer service. If you’re passionate about baking and delivering a great experience, we’d love to have you on board!

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain attention to detail, and work independently
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Food safety and handling knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Safely prepare, bake, and package products following company guidelines (Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s)
• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly, prompt service
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation standards
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
• Upsell and suggest additional items to customers to increase sales
• Record food and refrigeration temperatures twice daily
• Assist in managing inventory and stocking supplies to meet daily demand
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and balance cash at the end of the shift
