This role is responsible for preparing and baking bagels, muffins, and croissants. The Baker is expected to work in a team environment, communicating appropriately with fellow team members, treating others fairly and with respect. They should respond positively to feedback and direction, hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift, and adhere to the schedule, arriving ready to work on time. This position requires the ability to follow written directions, operate kitchen equipment, move quickly, perform repetitive motions and tasks, work with high heat, and work at a fast pace in a 75-85 degree environment.
