About The Position

COBS Bread is seeking personable Bakers to share their love of fresh bread with loyal customers. No experience is necessary, just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Our bread and treats are baked fresh daily without any added preservatives. We donate all of our end-of-day baked goods to charities. We provide a well-structured, industry-leading training program where you will learn all aspects of scratch baking. COBS Bread bakers are highly sought after in the industry. We are growing fast, offering good opportunities for growth within the company. A benefits package is provided upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake product from scratch early each morning, following carefully crafted recipes.
• Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean and contribute to a great customer experience.
• Be responsible for reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, moulding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens.
