Responsible for baking products for orders and to replenish displays. Additionally, ensuring to always maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members. This role requires adherence to strict sanitation procedures and company guidelines, reporting to work as scheduled and on time. The Baker will also be responsible for ordering supplies, reviewing product on the shelf, re-merchandising, and discarding outdated products. In the absence of the bakery manager, the Baker may write the department schedule and ensure employees are present and on time. This position may also assist in other areas of the store as needed and perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
