At Bruegger's, we’ve been kettle cooking our bagels and serving tradition you can taste for over 35 Years! We are committed to serving genuine, New York-style bagels and real, made-in-Vermont cream cheese, and to work-life balance for our team. Our stores close at 2pm! The Baker is responsible for ensuring quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM) and take care of what makes Bruegger's who they are – bagels! Bakers work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc. Teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve, and by keeping a safe and clean store environment.
