About The Position

At Bruegger's, we are committed to work-life balance for our team. Our stores close at 2pm, meaning you will never miss important life events. We are looking for a Baker to join our team. The baker is crucial to our operation, arriving early to prepare our signature bagels. This role ensures quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. Bakers also work as a team to provide excellent guest service, assisting with order taking and sandwich making. Team members take pride in ensuring the quality of food and beverages and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.
