About The Position

We are seeking Bakers who excel in a well-managed, process-oriented setting. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Baker will consistently prepare and finish bakery products according to established standards, ensuring a high level of quality and an attractive presentation to drive sales. This role emphasizes maintaining an exceptionally clean work environment, optimizing output while minimizing waste, and upholding food safety standards.

Requirements

  • Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
  • Capable of counting money and making change.
  • Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
  • Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Passion for Results – set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.
  • Bakers must be punctual, attentive to detail, and highly reliable.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Successfully completes all training including (but not limited to) Dunkin’ Donuts Online University requirements, basic restaurant training, and Human Resource Training.
  • Expertise in the baking business.
  • Creative and able to come up with decorative designs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion to promote sales.
  • Maintain an exceptionally clean work environment and optimum output with minimum waste.
  • Consistently bake and finish product according to standards/specifications and maintain a high level of product quality.
  • Understand that the customers' experience drives repeat business.
  • Promote food safety on a 100% basis by following personal hygiene directives.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to company product, service, and food safety standards.
  • Communicate appropriately with team members, treating others fairly and with respect.
  • Respond positively to feedback and direction given.
  • Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift.
  • Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.
  • Hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience.
  • Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
  • Adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest.
  • Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed.
  • Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.
  • Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures.
  • Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
  • Comply with all restaurant policies.
  • All other duties as assigned.
